PITMAN, NJ --- The bracket is finalized for the 2025-26 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Women’s Basketball Championship, with the league’s top six teams advancing to postseason play following the completion of the regular season.
William Paterson (24-1 overall, 18-0 NJAC) captured the NJAC regular-season title outright with a perfect conference mark and has earned the tournament’s top seed along with a quarterfinal-round bye. TCNJ (15-10 overall, 14-4 NJAC) secured the No. 2 seed and also receives a quarterfinal-round bye.
Quarterfinal action will take place on Saturday, Feb. 21, as third-seeded Rowan (16-9 overall, 12-6 NJAC) hosts sixth-seeded Rutgers–Camden (13-12 overall, 10-8 NJAC), while fourth-seeded Stockton (15-10 overall, 12-6 NJAC) welcomes fifth-seeded Montclair State (15-10 overall, 11-7 NJAC). The winners will advance to the semifinal round.
Tickets for Saturday’s quarterfinal contests will go on sale at noon on Thursday, Feb. 19.
Semifinals are scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 24, with the winner of the Stockton/Montclair State matchup traveling to top-seeded William Paterson and the winner of the Rowan/Rutgers–Camden contest heading to second-seeded TCNJ.
Tickets for Tuesday’s semifinal contests will go on sale at noon on Sunday, Feb. 22.
The NJAC Championship Game will be contested on Friday, Feb. 27, at the campus site of the highest remaining seed.
Tickets for next Friday’s championship game will go on sale at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 25.
All games throughout the championship will be hosted by the higher-seeded team. The tournament champion will earn the NJAC’s automatic qualification to the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Championship.
