WAYNE, NJ --- William Paterson clinched the 2025–26 NJAC Women’s Basketball regular season title in emphatic fashion with an 83–65 road win over NJCU on Saturday, Feb. 7.

With the victory, the Pioneers secured the conference’s top seed for the upcoming NJAC Tournament, earning a quarterfinal-round bye and the right to host a semifinal matchup against the winner of the #4/#5 quarterfinal. Now 21–1 overall and a perfect 15–0 in conference play, the Pioneers have three regular-season games remaining as they continue to build momentum toward the postseason, with Saturday's win officially locking up the program’s regular-season crown and postseason home-court advantage.

The tournament opens on Saturday, Feb. 21 with the quarterfinals. The semifinals are slated for Tuesday, Feb. 24, and the championship game on Friday, Feb. 27.
