PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference has announced its women's basketball weekly award winners for the week ending Feb. 8.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
COURTNEY EDMUNDO • Rutgers University-Camden

Edmundo earns NJAC Player of the Week recognition for the second time in three weeks and captures her third consecutive weekly honor after earning defensive honors a week ago. She continued her tear, averaging 23.0 points and 18.5 rebounds while posting back-to-back career-high rebounding performances to extend her double-double streak to eight games. The sophomore recorded 26 points and a then-career-high 17 rebounds in an 81-61 loss at TCNJ on February 4. She followed with 20 points and a new career-high 20 rebounds while adding five steals and three blocks in a 76-61 victory at Kean on February 7. For the week, Edmundo totaled 46 points and 37 rebounds while shooting 53 percent from the field and 88 percent from the free throw line. She has recorded 13 double-doubles this season. She currently leads the NJAC in conference-only rebounding (11.7 rpg) and field goal percentage (46.9%) and is fourth in conference-only scoring (16.6 ppg).
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JADA JACOBS • William Paterson University
Junior • Guard • Mount Laurel, NJ/Medford Tech
Jacobs is named NJAC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time in three weeks, and third consecutive honor after earning Player of the Week last week. She averaged 8.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 3.0 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game as William Paterson captured the NJAC regular-season title with a 2-0 week. The junior recorded six steals, six rebounds, and one block in a 97-49 home triumph over Rutgers-Newark on February 4. She added 10 rebounds and two blocks in an 83-65 win at NJCU on February 7. Jacobs totaled five defensive rebounds against Rutgers-Newark and contributed five assists in each of the Pioneers' victories. She currently ranks second in both conference-only assists (3.5 apg) and steals (3.1 spg), while contributing 9.9 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ZEMIRAH ENALLS • Stockton University
Freshman • Forward • Barnegat, NJ/Barnegat
Enalls is recognized as NJAC Rookie of the Week for the third straight week and fifth time overall after averaging a double-double in Stockton's 2-0 week. She shot put up 15.0 points and 13.5 rebounds while shooting 60 percent from the field. The freshman posted her seventh double-double of the season with 19 points and 18 rebounds against NJCU on February 4. She followed with 11 points and nine rebounds in a 71-63 victory over Montclair State on February 7. For the week, Enalls shot 12-for-20 from the field, grabbed 14 offensive rebounds, and added three steals while helping the Ospreys secure a pair of conference wins. She ranks second in the NJAC in conference-only rebounding (11.3 rpg) while also averaging 11.3 points per game in league play.
