PITMAN --- TCNJ's Shannon Lambert, Kassidy Mulryne, and Megan Gasnick were named the NJAC Women's Indoor Track & Field athletes of the week. The honors cover the performances for the week ending Feb. 24.

TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
SHANNON LAMBERT • The College of New Jersey
Sophomore • Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape
Lambert becomes the third different Lion to earn NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to Boston to compete at the Boston University Last Chance Meet. She placed 27th in a field of 58 competitors in the 200 meters with a time of 25.86. He also was a member of the Lions’ 4x400 meter relay which placed fifth in a time of 3:54.20. The performance by Lambert and her teammates in the 4x400 meter relay currently stands as the 14th-best national time in the event in all of NCAA Division III this season.
FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
KASSIDY MULRYNE • The College of New Jersey
Freshman • Cream Ridge, NJ/Allentown
A five-time NJAC Rookie of the Week honoree this season, Mulryne earns her first NJAC Field Athlete of the Week selection after traveling to New York to compete at the New York Armory’s Last Chance Meet. She placed first in a field of 13 competitors in the high jump with a winning mark of 1.65 meters. Mulryne continues to hold the 16th-best national NCAA Division III mark in the high jump event this season (1.67 meters).
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
MEGAN GASNICK • The College of New Jersey
Freshman • Park Ridge, NJ/Park Ridge
Gasnick earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after traveling to Boston to compete at the Boston University Last Chance Meet. She placed 22nd in a field of 47 competitors in the 400 meters with a personal-best time of 57.97. She also was a member of the Lions’ 4x400 meter relay which placed fifth while posting the 14th-best national Division III time in the event this season (3:54.20). The performance by Gasnick in the 400 meters also currently stands as the 30th-best national Division III time in the event this year.
