DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
RAVEN DAVIES • Rowan University
Graduate Student • Defender • Raleigh, NC / Enloe
Davies becomes the third different Prof this year to earn NJAC Defensive Player of the Week honors after anchoring a No. 4 Rowan back line that allowed just six total shots – only two on goal – in a 2-0 NJAC week. The graduate transfer played all 90 minutes in a 2-1 win over No. 12 TCNJ, as the Profs held the Lions to six shots, two of them on target. She followed by helping Rowan keep William Paterson from attempting a single shot in a 5-0 road win. ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
BROOKE GINSBERG • Kean University
Freshman • Goalkeeper • Newton, NJ / Kittatinny Regional
Ginsberg earns NJAC Rookie of the Week after a huge game in the conference opener, as the rookie keeper came up with two penalty kick stops in a 1-0 blanking of Ramapo. She finished that game with eight saves for her first NJAC shutout and second of her young career. She added five saves against No. 12 TCNJ, finishing the week with 13 saves in two NJAC starts.
