PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its men's swimming & diving weekly honors for the week ending Jan. 18.
SWIMMER OF THE WEEK

Sophomore • Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough
McChesney earned NJAC Swimmer of the Week honors after winning a pair of individual events and contributing to two relay victories in TCNJ's win over Rowan. The sophomore captured the 100 fly in 48.69, just .11 seconds off the NCAA B cut time, then won the 200 fly with an NCAA B cut time of 1:49.55, the fastest in the NJAC this season and 18th nationally. McChesney also swam the butterfly leg of the 200 medley relay (21.77) and contributed splits in the 400 free relay (46.95) and 200 free relay (22.05). He owns the second-fastest 100 fly time in the NJAC this year.
DIVER OF THE WEEK
THOMAS CABLE • United States Merchant Marine Academy
Senior • Litchfield Park, AZ/Verrado
Cable claimed NJAC Diver of the Week recognition after recording a pair of NCAA qualifying scores in Maritime's victory over arch-rival Coast Guard on Jan. 17. The senior won the three-meter dive with a score of 344.92 and placed second in the one-meter with a 331.05. Cable's one-meter six-dive score ranks second in the NJAC and 18th nationally this season, while he also owns the conference's second-highest three-meter six-dive score.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Freshman • Goodyear, AZ/BASIS Goodyear
Kov was named NJAC Rookie of the Week after recording a pair of NCAA qualifying scores in Maritime's victory over arch-rival Coast Guard on Jan. 17. The freshman diver won the one-meter event with a score of 333.97 and placed second in the three-meter with a 316.35. Kov holds the NJAC's highest one-meter and three-meter six-dive scores this season, both ranking in the top 11 nationally.
