PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its men's swimming & diving weekly honors for the week ending Nov. 9.

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
ANDREW KIDCHOB • The College of New Jersey
Senior • Rutherford, NJ/Rutherford

Kidchob earned NJAC Swimmer of the Week honors after a dominant performance in the Lions' victory over No. 22 Salisbury. The senior led off the winning 200 medley relay with an NJAC top time of 23.21 in the 50 backstroke—the 15th-fastest time in NCAA Division III. Kidchob then swept both backstroke events, winning the 100 back in 50.07 by over one second and the 200 back in 1:53.11 by over three seconds. Both times are the fastest in the NJAC behind only his own earlier performances this season, with his 100 back currently ranking 12th nationally and his 200 back 19th nationally in Division III. Kidchob's three individual victories tied for the meet high.

DIVER OF THE WEEK
JOSH BOUCHARD • The College of New Jersey
Junior • Jamesburg, NJ/Monroe Township

Bouchard claimed NJAC Diver of the Week recognition after recording career-best performances at the NYU Diving Invite. The junior broke 200 points on both boards for the first time in his career, posting a score of 200.93 on 1-meter (third place, best in NJAC this season) and 208.5 on 3-meter (fourth place, second in NJAC this season). Both scores reflected over 30-point improvements from his previous personal bests.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
DERIN OZBAS • The College of New Jersey
Freshman • Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough

Ozbas was named NJAC Rookie of the Week after a breakout performance in the Lions' victory over No. 22 Salisbury. The freshman swept both freestyle events, claiming gold in the 200 free with an NJAC top time of 1:42.91 (top 50 nationally) and winning the 100 free in 47.25 (third-fastest time in NJAC). Ozbas also contributed to the winning 400 freestyle relay, leading off with a 47.95 split as TCNJ posted the second-fastest time in the NJAC only behind their own faster time earlier this season. The TCNJ 400 free relay currently ranks 11th in NCAA Division III. Ozbas’ three individual victories tied for the meet high alongside teammate Andrew Kidchob.
