PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its men's indoor track and field weekly honors for the week ending Jan. 12.
TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
JACOB DINERMAN • Rutgers-Camden
Junior • Haddon Township, NJ/Haddon Township
Dinerman is named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week for his performance at the Spartan Invitational hosted by St. Thomas Aquinas at Ocean Breeze. He posted personal records in both the mile (4:23.17) and the 3,000 meters (8:42.53). His mile time is the fastest in both the NJAC and NCAA Metro Region, while his 3,000 meter time is the fastest in the NJAC and ranks second in the Metro Region. Both times are among the top 40 nationally.

NICHOLAS LOURENCO • Farmingdale State College

Lourenco collects his first NJAC Field Athlete of the Week of the season. The 2024 All-American won the pole vault at the William Sutherland Invitational in his season debut, clearing a regional qualifying mark of 4.45m (14-7.25). That mark is currently among the top 30 in NCAA Division III, second-highest in the Metro Region, and the highest in the NJAC so far this season.

KRISTOPHER EWELL • Rutgers-Camden
Freshman • Ewing, NJ/Ewing
Ewell is named NJAC Rookie of the Week for the first time for his performance at the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartan Invitational. At the meet, he set personal records in the 400 meters (51.55), finishing 22nd out of 88 runners. That time is currently the fifth-fastest in the NJAC and 12
th in the NCAA Metro Region. He also ran a leg of the 4x200 relay that posted a season-best 1:34.61.
