PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference has announced its softball weekly award winners for the week ending March 29.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KATE EVICK • Rowan University

Evick claims NJAC Player of the Week honors after batting .545 (6-for-11) with three RBI, two doubles, a walk, and a 1.310 OPS in a 3-1 week. She went 2-for-3 with an RBI double in the second game of a split at 25th-ranked Eastern before going 3-for-3 with an RBI double and a walk in an 8-2 conference victory over Montclair State on Sunday. Evick also threw out a runner in two stolen base attempts on the week, going a combined 4-for-6 with two RBI in the NJAC doubleheader sweep.

Doderer has been named NJAC Pitcher of the Week after going 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA across 13 innings of work. She opened the week with a three-hit shutout at 25th-ranked Eastern, striking out four while issuing two walks. Doderer followed that with a career-high 10 strikeouts in an 8-2 NJAC victory over Montclair State on Sunday, allowing just three hits and no earned runs in a complete game effort. She held opponents to a .140 batting average on the week.

Sullivan earned NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after going 9-for-19 with nine RBI, four doubles, and two runs scored in a perfect 6-0 week. She posted three hits and four RBI across a doubleheader sweep of Hunter before contributing two hits and three RBI in Ramapo's NJAC-opening doubleheader sweep of Kean, going a combined 2-for-6 with three RBI in the conference series.

Morgan is named NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week after going 3-0 with a 0.37 ERA and 25 strikeouts across 19 innings of work. She did not allow an earned run in shutout victories over Mt. St. Mary and Hunter before delivering a career-high 12 strikeouts in Ramapo's 9-2 NJAC-opening win over Kean on Saturday. Morgan held opponents to a .183 batting average on the week.
