NJAC Well Represented at 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships

INDIANAPOLIS --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) will send a strong contingent to the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, with 32 student-athletes earning national championship selections across 38 individual and relay entries. The two-day championship meet will take place March 13–14.

The NJAC field includes six women and 26 men representing six conference institutions—Rowan, TCNJ, Stockton, Ramapo, Montclair State, and Rutgers-Camden.

On the women’s side, Rowan and TCNJ each qualified two athletes, while Stockton and Ramapo will each send one competitor. The women’s entries span a range of events including the pentathlon, hurdles, sprints, middle distance, distance, and field events. Stockton’s Elaina Styer enters the national meet as the top-ranked pentathlon competitor in Division III, while TCNJ’s Lucia Garcia-Beltran owns the nation’s No. 2 seed in the 60 meters and will also compete in the 200 meters with a top-six seed time.

The NJAC men’s contingent is led by Rowan, which accounts for 20 of the conference’s 26 male qualifiers and boasts representation across nearly every discipline, including sprints, hurdles, distance events, jumps, and relays. TCNJ will send five competitors, while Stockton, Montclair State, and Rutgers-Camden will each be represented by one athlete.

Several NJAC athletes enter the meet among the top contenders nationally. Rowan’s Rajahn Dixon is seeded second in the 200 meters, while TCNJ’s Maxim Rychkov is tied for fifth in the 60 meters and ranked fourth in the 200 meters. In the hurdles, Rowan teammates Jason Agyemang and Kwaku Nkrumah enter the meet ranked second and third, respectively, in the 60-meter hurdles.

Rowan’s Seth Clevenger leads the conference distance as he owns the nation’s top marks this season in the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters. Clevenger will compete in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the national championship and will also run on Rowan’s distance medley relay.

In the field events, the NJAC is particularly strong in the high jump, where Rowan’s David Brown enters the meet as the top seed nationally. Teammates Jamile Gantt and Noah Wampole are tied for third, while Rutgers-Camden’s Jayden Deleon and Rowan’s Isaiah Davenport are part of a three-way tie for fifth in the national rankings.

The NJAC also boasts multiple contenders in the horizontal jumps. Rowan’s Anthony Parker enters the championship third in the long jump, while Stockton’s Ahmad Fogg is fourth. In the triple jump, Fogg ranks second nationally, with Montclair State’s Hiven Biffot tied for third and Rowan’s Joshua Justin fifth.

The NJAC will be represented by two relay squads—TCNJ’s 4x400 meter relay and Rowan’s distance medley relay—adding to the conference’s presence across a broad range of championship events.
