PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its women's cross country weekly honors for the week ending Sept. 28.
RUNNER OF THE WEEK
ANGELYNA RODRIGUEZ • Rutgers-Newark
Sophomore • Township of Washington, NJ/Westwood Regional
Rodriguez was named NJAC Runner of the Week after claiming first place at the Caldwell Cougar Chase, completing the 5K in 22:29.4. She edged a Caldwell runner by just two-tenths of a second to take the top spot and was one of two Scarlet Raiders in the individual top 10.

Morabito became the second Lion this season to earn NJAC Rookie of the Week honors following her team-leading performance at the Don Cathcart Invitational, running the 6K race in 24:01.30. She finished 23
rd overall to help lead the Lions to fifth place in the team standings.
