PITMAN, NJ --- The United Soccer Coaches announced its 2025 NCAA Division III Women's All-Region IV selections, with 13 New Jersey Athletic Conference players earning recognition for their outstanding performances this season. The NJAC led all conferences in the region with eight first-team selections, along with three second-team honorees and two third-team picks. First-team selections became eligible for consideration for All-America honors. Montclair State and Rowan each placed five players on the squad, TCNJ earned two selections, and William Paterson had one player recognized.
First Team
- Salange Bell, Montclair State, K – NJAC Goalkeeper of the Year who started all 20 games in goal, posting a 0.66 goals-against average while allowing 13 goals; made 61 saves for an .824 save percentage and recorded eight shutouts
- MaKala Baker, Rowan, D – First Team All-NJAC defender and integral part of a defense that posted a 0.50 goals-against average and .800 save percentage over 20 games
- Julianna Giordano, Rowan, D – NJAC Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-NJAC selection who appeared in 20 games with three goals, three assists and nine points
- Shannon Mullins, Montclair State, M – NJAC Midfielder of the Year and First Team All-NJAC honoree who played in 19 games, recording nine goals and two assists for 20 points; also added three game-winning goals
- Lianna SanFelice, Rowan, M – First Team All-NJAC midfielder who appeared in 20 games with conference-best 10 assists
- Alyssa Alfano, TCNJ, F – First Team All-NJAC forward who competed in 20 games with 10 goals and seven assists for 27 points, including four game-winning goals
- Olivia Giordano, Rowan, F – NJAC Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-NJAC selection who paced the conference with 14 goals in 20 games, adding seven assists for NJAC-best 35 points; also led with seven game-winning goals
- Kylie Prendergast, Montclair State, F – First Team All-NJAC forward who appeared in 20 games with 14 goals and five assists for 33 points, including five game-winning goals
Second Team
- Erin Clark, William Paterson, D – Second Team All-NJAC defender who helped anchor a defense that posted a 1.72 goals-against average and .807 save percentage over 18 games
- Aria Hicks, Montclair State, D – First Team All-NJAC selection and key contributor to a defense that allowed just 0.70 goals per game over 20 games
- Sara Wiedeman, Rowan, M – First Team All-NJAC midfielder who competed in 20 games with six goals and eight assists for 20 points
Third Team
- Maggie Murphy, TCNJ, M – Second Team All-NJAC selection who appeared in 20 games with 12 points on four goals and four assists
- Emily Schuler, Montclair State, M – First Team All-NJAC midfielder who played in 20 games, helping Red Hawk defense to a 0.70 goals against average
