Kean Clinches Top Seed; NJAC Women's Volleyball Championship Bracket Set

PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference has announced the bracket for the 2025 NJAC Women's Volleyball Championship Tournament, with top-seeded Kean (25-5, 7-1 NJAC) and second-seeded Rowan (23-5, 7-1 NJAC) earning byes directly to the semifinals.
 
Kean clinched the NJAC regular season championship with a 3-0 victory over Montclair State on Monday night, the final night of conference regular season play.
 
The tournament opens with quarterfinal action on Tuesday, November 11, featuring two matchups at campus sites. Fourth-seeded William Paterson (18-10, 5-3 NJAC) will host fifth-seeded Montclair State (24-5, 5-3 NJAC) at 7:00 p.m. at the William Paterson Rec Center in Wayne. Third-seeded Stockton (20-6, 6-2 NJAC) will welcome sixth-seeded Ramapo (16-10, 3-5 NJAC) to the Stockton Sports Center in Galloway at 7:00 p.m.
 
The winners will advance to the semifinals on Thursday, November 13. The William Paterson-Montclair State winner will travel to Kean's Harwood Arena in Union for a 7:00 p.m. match, while the Stockton-Ramapo winner will face Rowan at Esby Gymnasium in Glassboro at 7:00 p.m.
 
The championship match is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, at the home of the highest remaining seed. The winner receives an automatic bid to the 2025 NCAA Division III Tournament.
 
William Paterson captured last year's conference championship, while Ramapo won the title in 2023.
