TUCUMAN, ARGENTINA (10/27/25) – Former Cougar D.J. Alicea has signed a pro contract with Club Atlético Estudiantes de Tucumán of the Argentine Basketball League.

The former Cougar, who graduated in the spring, will be making his pro debut with the "Zerba" in the Argentine "La Liga" which kicks off the 2025-26 season on Oct. 31^st.

The "Zerba" will play in the North Group.

The Argentine Basketball League is the second highest division of Argentina Basketball, which is sandwiched between the National Basketball League (Highest Division) and the Federal Basketball League (Third Highest).
