INDIANAPOLIS --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference boasts two teams in the top 10 of the first NCAA Division III football NPI rankings of the 2025 season, released Monday following games through Saturday, October 11.

Salisbury sits at number 8 nationally with an NPI of 68.604, while Christopher Newport follows closely at 9th (68.563 NPI). The Sea Gulls and Captains are both 5-0.

TCNJ ranks 44th (61.532 NPI) and Rowan checks in at 93rd (54.127 NPI). The remaining NJAC teams in the national rankings include VTSU Castleton at 141st (46.702 NPI), William Paterson at 142nd (46.564 NPI), Montclair State at 158th (44.376 NPI), and Kean at 201st (36.924 NPI).
