PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its women's cross country weekly honors, covering the performances for the week ending Sept. 17.

KAYLA KASS • Stockton University
Sophomore • Bayonne, NJ/County Prep
Kass is named NJAC Runner of the Week for the second time in three weeks after winning the Osprey Open on Saturday by over four seconds. The third meet win of the season for the sophomore, Kass clocked in at a personal-best 23:02.51 on the 6k course to lead the field of 133 runners. She paced Stockton to a second place overall finish in the team standings and first among conference schools.

Freshman • Flemington, NJ/Hunterdon Central
Leonard is named NJAC Rookie of the Week for the second straight week after leading Ramapo at the Osprey Open. The top-finishing rookie in the meet, Leonard placed third overall out of 133 runners with a 6k time of 23:08.86 and led Ramapo to sixth place in the team standings.
