NFCA Release

LOUISVILLE, KY --- Kean's Caroline Ratti has been named the Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III National Player of the Week.

Ratti hit .667 (10-for-15) with eight RBI's, eight runs scored, three doubles, three stolen bases, one triple and one homerun as the Cougars went 4-0 this past week. She went 7-for-8 with five RBI's, four runs scored, two stolen bases, a double and a triple in the sweep of William Paterson on Apr. 16th. She followed up with a combined 3-for-7 in a twinbill sweep of Montclair State. All three hits were extra base hits, with two doubles and a home run, and she drove in three more runs. Ratti also did not strike out once in her 15 at-bats. 

On Monday, she was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Player of the Week.
