WOMEN'S RUNNER OF THE WEEK
EMILY ZANNI • Rowan University
Senior • Olney, MD/Sherwood
 
Zanni has been named the first NJAC Runner of the Week of the 2026 season after the top NJAC finish of the week among all competitors. The senior was the top Division III finisher at the Lehigh Invitational, placing 17th overall out of 110 runners with a time of 22:43.6 over 6k.
 
WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
BROOKE ROSENBERG • SUNY New Paltz
Sophomore • Smithtown, NY/Smithtown East
 
Rosenberg has been named the first NJAC Rookie of the Week of the 2026 season after a strong collegiate debut for New Paltz. She also marks the first NJAC women’s cross country weekly winner from New Paltz as the Hawks enter their debut season in the conference. Rosenberg served as New Paltz's third scorer at the Fred Pavlich Invitational at Bard College, finishing the 5k course in 22:51.5, in her first collegiate cross country race.
