Rutgers-Camden's Dinerman, Stockton's Khan Earn NJAC Men's Cross Country Weekly Honors

PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its men's cross country weekly honors for the week ending Sept. 7.
 

RUNNER OF THE WEEK
JACOB DINERMAN • Rutgers-Camden
Junior • Haddon Township, NJ / Haddon Township
 
Jacob Dinerman was named NJAC Runner of the Week after a strong season-opening performance at the Stevens Back to the Bowl Invitational. The junior placed second out of 93 competitors, clocking a 5K time of 16:06.30. He finished less than half a second behind the winner, a Division I runner from Wagner University, and was the top Division III finisher in the race.

MUHAMMAD KHAN • Stockton University
Freshman • Atlantic City, NJ / Atlantic City
 
Muhammad Khan earned NJAC Rookie of the Week honors in his collegiate debut at the Stevens Back to the Bowl Invitational. The freshman placed 18th overall in the 93-runner field with a time of 18:22.80 over 5K. Khan was Stockton’s top rookie finisher and helped the Ospreys open the season with a strong team showing.
