PITMAN --- TCNJ’s Ally Tobler and Rowan duo Molly Green and Elaina Corson were named to the IWLCA All-America Teams to highlight a slew of NJAC women’s lacrosse players to earn postseason honors.
In addition to the three All-Americans, a total of 14 players earned All-Region honors.
Green is the ninth Prof to be named to the All-America First Team, as Taylor Gretz being the last in 2019. The midfielder broke three of Gretz' records this season and is now Rowan's all-time leader in draw controls (370), ground balls (218) and caused turnovers (156). Green also ranks seventh in career goals (160) and is fifth in assists (72).
Green was named to the All-Boardwalk Region First Team for the third consecutive year, while also picking up her third straight NJAC Midfielder of the Year award. The senior topped the Profs in ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers while becoming and added 42 goals and 18 assists to rank third on the team in scoring. She received All-Conference honors for the fourth time, with three straight selections to the First Team.
Tobler notched her fourth career All-America award from the IWLCA, and earned a spot on the first team for the third year in a row. Tobler is the 10th Lion to receive a trio of first-team nods, and joins Karen Doane '08 and Elizabeth Morrison '18 as the only players in program history to receive four All-America citations in a career.
