MEN'S RUNNER OF THE WEEK
LUCA MANERI • SUNY New Paltz
Graduate Student • Esopus, NY/Kingston
 
Maneri has been named the first NJAC Runner of the Week of the 2026 season after a standout season debut for the Hawks. He also marks the Hawks’ men’s cross country program’s first NJAC weekly honoree, as the Hawks are in their debut season in the conference. The grad student transfer from D1 Stony Brook finished second overall at the hilly Fred Pavlich Invitational at Bard College, covering the 5k course in 16:17.6.
 
MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ROWAN HORNER • Rowan University
Junior • Portland, OR/Franklin
 
Horner earned the first NJAC Rookie of the Week honors of the 2026 season after a strong first collegiate race at the Lehigh Invitational. The junior – in his first season of collegiate cross country – ran a 19:30.8 over 6k in his debut for the Profs.
