INDIANAPOLIS – The New Jersey Athletic Conference will have four programs represented in the 2026 NCAA Division III Baseball Championship, as Rowan University earned the conference's automatic bid as NJAC Champion while Kean University, Montclair State University and Ramapo College each earned at-large selections following Monday's announcement.

Fifth-ranked Rowan (32-5) earned the NJAC's automatic bid by winning the conference championship — its first title since 2021. The Profs are making their 32nd all-time appearance in the NCAA Tournament and ninth consecutive, and will play in the Gorham, Maine Regional hosted by Southern Maine.

Rowan will face RIT (24-13) in the first game of the regional, with host Southern Maine (30-10) taking on Babson (26-13) in the other opening matchup. Last season, the Profs captured the Mount Union Regional and the Lynchburg Super Regional to reach the Division III World Series for the seventh time in program history.

16th-ranked Kean (29-12 overall, 12-6 NJAC) earned an at-large berth for the program's 16th all-time NCAA Tournament appearance. The Cougars will travel to Medford, Massachusetts, for a regional hosted by Tufts University, which also includes Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and Mitchell College.

Kean will open against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Friday at 2:30 p.m., while host Tufts faces Mitchell at 11:00 a.m. Head Coach Neil Ioviero guided the Cougars to 29 wins on the season. Kean finished 28th in the final NPI rankings.

Montclair State (30-9) earned an at-large bid and will serve as a regional host for the first time since 2000, welcoming teams to Yogi Berra Stadium for the regional round. It marks the program's 29th all-time NCAA Tournament appearance and first since 2022.

The Red Hawks will open against Northwest Conference champion Whitworth (28-14), while Conference of New England champion Endicott (35-9) faces North Atlantic Conference champion Husson (24-16) in the other first-round game. Montclair enters the tournament ranked fifth nationally in batting average (.354), 10th in on-base percentage (.462) and 11th in runs per game (10.2). Eight Red Hawks earned all-conference honors this season.

Ramapo (29-12) earned an at-large berth for the program's 15th all-time NCAA Tournament appearance and third consecutive. The Roadrunners will play in a regional hosted by DeSales University at Weiland Park.

Ramapo will face host and No. 2 seed DeSales (33-12) in the first round on Friday at 2:30 p.m. The regional field is rounded out by No. 1 seed Salve Regina (36-6), ranked fourth nationally, and No. 4 seed Marymount (Va.) (27-17), which won the Atlantic East Conference title.

All four regionals follow a double-elimination format running Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17. Regional winners advance to the NCAA Super Regionals on May 22-23 at campus sites. The Division III World Series is scheduled for May 29–June 4 at Classic Auto Group Park in Eastlake, Ohio.
