Montclair, NJ - The Montclair State University men's basketball team was voted first in the D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll, the organization announced on Monday afternoon.

The Red Hawks received 11 first place votes, moving up two spots from last week. For the first time in the history of the poll, the Red Hawks sit atop the country. At 22-0, Montclair is the only undefeated team in Division III and one of five remaining unbeaten squads across all three levels.

Their win streak is the third-longest stretch in the history of the New Jersey Athletic Conference and the fifth longest win streak in the history of Montclair Athletics. The Red Hawks are the first NJAC team to be ranked first in the history of the D3Hoops.com Top 25 Poll.

Montclair will host NJCU on Wednesday, February 11. Tip-off from the Panzer Athletic Center is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
