PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its women's swimming & diving weekly honors for the week ending Jan. 18.
SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
KAITLYN CROUTHAMEL • Rowan University
Junior • North Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May
Crouthamel earned NJAC Swimmer of the Week honors after sweeping four individual events and contributing to two relay victories in Rowan's two-day conference win over TCNJ. The junior captured the 200 free (2:00.39), 500 free (5:15.96), 1000 free (10:46.15), and 400 IM (4:38.41), with her 400 IM time ranking fourth in the NJAC this season and her 1000 free ranking fifth in the conference. Crouthamel also swam on the winning 200 free relay (1:41.58, 25.02 split) and 400 free relay (3:43.37, 56.24 split).
DIVER OF THE WEEK
HANNAH SIMONS • The College of New Jersey

Simons claimed NJAC Diver of the Week recognition after qualifying for NCAA regionals for the second time on the one-meter board with a score of 255.45 in TCNJ's meet against Rowan. The sophomore also recorded a 244.80 on the three-meter board. Simons' one-meter six-dive score ranks second in the NJAC this season, while her three-meter six-dive score ranks fourth in the conference.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
LIBBY MIYASHITA • Salisbury University
Freshman • Glen Allen, VA/Glen Allen
Miyashita was named NJAC Rookie of the Week after capturing gold in the 200-meter butterfly with a Maggs Pool-record time of 2:21.36 in Salisbury's victory over Franklin & Marshall on Jan. 17. The freshman also earned silver medals in the 100-meter fly (1:03.42) and 200-meter individual medley (2:25.95). Miyashita's 200 IM time is tied for 13th in the NJAC, and she currently holds top-eight conference times in both butterfly events this season.
