CAMDEN, NJ --- Fifth-seeded NJCU secured a 1-0 win over fourth-seeded Rutgers-Camden in the quarterfinal matchup at the Camden Athletic Complex.

Rutgers-Camden (4-9-7) saw goalkeeper Giselle Lizardi make eight saves in a strong performance, but the Scarlet Raptors were unable to find an equalizer despite maintaining pressure throughout the match. The home side held a 3-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Nyrohah Alvarenga was particularly active in the attack for NJCU, leading all players with five shots, four of which were on target.
