Conway becomes the second Prof this season to earn NJAC Runner of the Week honors. He posted the fastest NJAC time across all races at Lehigh's Paul Short Run on Friday, finishing 44th in the White race with a time of 25:13.90 on the 8K course.

Cota collects his first NJAC Rookie of the Week award after he emerged as the top NJAC freshman at Lehigh's prestigious Paul Short Run. He clocked a time of 26:48 in the 8K open race to lead all conference first-years at the competitive meet.
