PITMAN --- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its women's swimming and diving weekly honors for the week ending Jan. 19.
SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
KAITLYN CROUTHAMEL • Rowan University
Sophomore • North Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May
Crouthamel earns her first and Rowan’s sixth NJAC Swimmer of the Week honor. She captured three individual events and contributed to a relay win in Rowan's victory over TCNJ. Her individual wins included the 1650 free (18:00.64), the 500 free (5:14.39), and the 400 IM (4:37.80). Her 1650 free was the sixth-fastest in the NJAC this year and her 500 free is 12
th in the conference. She also currently owns the second-fastest 400 IM time of the year in the NJAC. Crouthamel also swam as part of the 400 free relay team, achieving a season-best time of 3:43.24.
DIVER OF THE WEEK
OLIVIA MORRISON • William Paterson University
Freshman • Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown
Morrison is named NJAC Diver of the Week for the second time this year. She opened the week by posting a score of 140.20 on the 1-meter board during a 67-39 home win against SUNY Delhi Jan. 14. She then placed first on the 1-meter board with a score of 115.20 during a 107-33 victory at Bard over the weekend.

Moy-Jacobs becomes the second UMW swimmer to earn NJAC Rookie of the Week honors this year after she earned two first-place finishes in a dual meet win against Lynchburg. Moy-Jacobs won the 100-yard freestyle in 53.38 and the 50-yard freestyle in 24.59. She currently owns the NJAC’s second-fastest 100 free time of the season and third-fastest 50 free time.
