PITMAN, NJ --- The field is set for the 2026 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Field Hockey Championship Tournament, with defending champion Rowan University earning the top seed.
 
The five-team tournament begins Monday, November 2, and concludes Saturday, November 7, with the conference championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament on the line.
 
Rowan (15-4) enters the postseason as the No. 1 seed and receives a bye into the semifinal round. The Profs, who have captured five consecutive NJAC championships, will host the winner of Monday's quarterfinal matchup between fourth-seeded Kean University (8-8) and fifth-seeded SUNY New Paltz (7-11).
 
Kean will host New Paltz in the tournament opener on Monday, November 2, at 7:30 PM at Alumni Stadium in Union, NJ. The winner advances to face Rowan on Wednesday, November 4, at 6:00 PM at Coach Richard Wackar Stadium in Glassboro.
 
Second-seeded The College of New Jersey (11-5) will host third-seeded Stockton University (12-5) in semifinal action on Wednesday, November 4, at 2:00 PM at the TCNJ Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex in Ewing.
 
The semifinal winners will meet in the NJAC championship game on Saturday, November 7, at the home venue of the highest remaining seed. The game time will be announced following the semifinal round.
 
The tournament champion will receive the NJAC's automatic qualification to the 2026 NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championship.

Tickets for the quarterfinal will go on sale Sunday, November 1, at 12:00 PM (noon).
