Greg Ruttler and his staff were tabbed the Jeff Haines Coaching Staff of the Year.
In total, 47 student-athletes earned all-conference recognition for the fall 2025 season. All-conference and major award selections were determined by a vote of the league's 10 head coaches and were based on conference-only performances.
Troiano, now a three-time All-Conference First Team selection and two-time Offensive Player of the Year, continued his dominant play in his senior campaign. He led the NJAC in conference-only points (16) and goals (7) while adding two assists. Troiano was a constant offensive threat, firing 43 shots including 18 on goal, both conference-best totals. He recorded two game-winning goals and converted one penalty kick. He surpassed 100 points for his career in early September and is now up to 127 career points on 53 goals and 21 assists. His 53 career goals ranks tied for 18
th all-time in known NJAC men's soccer history and 127 points is among the top 25 in conference history.
Wokocha, a three-time All-Conference honoree and First Team selection, anchored the Stockton midfield with exceptional two-way play. He ranked tied for sixth in the NJAC in conference-only points (10) with four goals and two assists. The senior midfielder was equally impactful on the defensive end, serving as a key first line of defense as Stockton allowed just three goals all season in conference action while recording six shutouts against NJAC opponents. Wokocha contributed two game-winning goals and his consistent excellence on both sides of the ball helped guide Stockton to an outstanding campaign that saw the Ospreys earn the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the NJAC Tournament.
Cleary concludes his outstanding career as a four-time All-Conference honoree and the 2025 NJAC Defensive Player of the Year. The senior defender was instrumental in Rowan's defensive success, anchoring the back line to three NJAC shutouts and holding four more conference opponents to just one goal. He also contributed one goal and three assists for five points from the back line. In nonconference action, Cleary was a critical defensive piece in Rowan's two ranked wins, including a 1-0 blanking of then-No. 4 Cortland.
Najdzinowicz burst onto the NJAC scene as a true freshman, earning Goalkeeper of the Year honors with a stellar performance between the posts. He led all conference goalies with four NJAC shutouts and posted an impressive .864 save percentage, making 38 saves in conference play. Najdzinowicz allowed just six goals in eight conference games with a heavy workload, as he faced 137 shots. He posted a sparkling .750 goals against average, second-highest in the league. He compiled a 4-2-2 record and helped TCNJ maintain one of the stingiest defenses in the conference as the Lions tied for second for fewest goals allowed in NJAC play.
Monteiro made an immediate impact in his freshman season at Montclair State, earning NJAC Rookie of the Year honors. The three-time NJAC Rookie of the Week led his team in conference scoring with 13 points on six goals and one assist and overall scoring with nine goals and two assists. Monteiro's 18 shots in NJAC play resulted in 11 shots on goal, and he was credited with two conference game-winning goals. He had multiple-goal outings against both Ramapo and Kean, notching two goals each in those wins.
Tobon, a two-time all-conference selection, was named the David Logar Leadership Award recipient. The award is presented annually to the player who best displays the attributes of leadership and courage. The senior provided steady leadership for Montclair State's midfield unit, contributing three goals and two assists for eight points in conference play to help lead the Red Hawks to the NJAC regular season title and top seed in the conference tournament.
Ruttler and assistants
Evan Brosniak, Nenad Gorgiev, Alexis Mendoza, Gio Paz, and
Joseph Carbone guided Stockton to an outstanding season, earning Jeff Haines Coaching Staff of the Year honors. Under their leadership, Stockton shut out six NJAC opponents, allowed the fewest goals in NJAC play (3), and earned the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the NJAC tournament. They mentored multiple players to all-conference recognition across all position groups, including a major award winner in Wokocha.
