EWING—The College of New Jersey’s men’s swimming & diving team wrapped up another perfect 4-0 conference season with a 174-91 NJAC victory over William Paterson on February 7. Following the meet, the Lions were presented with their NJAC championship awards in recognition of their eighth consecutive New Jersey Athletic Conference title.
Earlier in the week, the TCNJ men claimed their eighth NJAC swimming & diving championship in program history, and their eighth straight conference crown since 1993-94. Due to a lack of institutional sport sponsorship, men's swimming & diving was not recognized as a conference championship sport from a period of 1996 to 2008.
With the victory, TCNJ posted a 4-0 record in league dual-meets for the seventh consecutive season, giving them a 28 meet winning-streak since the return of men's swimming & diving as an NJAC conference sport in 2008-09.
